2-day Rishikesh adventure itinerary

Day 1: Arrive and settle into Tapovan

• Afternoon: check in to a hotel or homestay in Tapovan, close to the river and to the pickup point for Shivpuri.
• Evening: watch the Ganga aarti at Triveni Ghat or Parmarth Niketan, then an early night before the jump.

Day 2: Adventure day in Shivpuri

• Morning: Free pickup and drop from Tapovan Thrill Cafe. The Shivpuri Thrill Factory lists its activities from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Allow 2–3 hours for check-in, briefing and your activities.
• Pick your thrill: Thrill Combo 4 (165 ft bungee + giant swing, ₹3,000), a Giant Swing · Double for two, or go big with the 117 m Bungy Jump at Himalayan Bungy.
• Afternoon: river rafting on the Ganga, included in the Rishikesh Adventure Package for Two. River rafting on the Ganga is closed for the monsoon, from July to mid-September each year, and reopens in late September.
• Evening: back to Tapovan, or head home.

Check the age and weight limits for everyone in your group before you book.

What to bring

• Photo ID for every participant.
• Comfortable clothes and closed, secure shoes.
• Leave loose jewellery and glasses behind for the jump, and do not drink alcohol before an activity.

Best time to go

October to June is the best time for adventure activities in Rishikesh. October to February brings clear skies and cool weather; March to June is warmer. During the July to September monsoon, heavy rain can pause jumps and swings.

River rafting on the Ganga is closed for the monsoon, from July to mid-September each year, and reopens in late September.
