HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DETAILS

Privacy notice

Last reviewed 15 September 2026

This describes exactly what the Tripveni code and booking request forms on this site collect and what happens to it. It covers this website only.

Who is responsible

Registered business name to be supplied trading as Tripveni decides how the information described here is used. Registered address to be supplied

What getting a Tripveni code collects

To give you a Tripveni code, which you show at the adventure site when you pay, we ask for your name and mobile number, and optionally your email. We also record the code issued, the page you were on, whether you ticked the box to receive offers, and when you asked for it. Asking again with the same mobile number updates that record.

Your code, name, mobile and email are also saved in your own browser (local storage) so your code and prices stay visible and the booking form is pre-filled on your next visit. Use “Remove from this device” in the code window to clear it.

What the booking form collects

When you send a booking request, these fields are stored exactly as you enter them:

Nothing else is collected. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts and embeds no trackers. Browser storage is used only for the Tripveni code described above. Fonts and images are served from this site, so opening a page does not tell any other company that you visited.

What is not collected

No payment is taken on this site, so no card, bank or UPI details are ever requested or stored. An advance amount you type is a number you are reporting to the operator; it is marked unverified and moves no money. If anything on this site ever asks you for card details or a password, it is not us.

Why it is used

To issue your Tripveni code and respond to your request: to check availability, confirm eligibility and price, arrange any pickup, and contact you about that booking.

Offers and new adventures: only if you tick the box when getting a code, we may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS or email about Tripveni offers and experiences. The box is unticked by default, and you can withdraw at any time using the contact details below. If you do not tick it, your details are used only for your code and bookings. Your details are never sold, rented or shared with advertisers.

Who can see it

Staff at the operator, and travel agents signed in to the partner desk, can see submitted requests and Tripveni code requests, including your name, mobile number, email, offers choice, pickup location and reported advance. Requests are stored in a PostgreSQL database controlled by the operator. Name the hosting provider and country once deployment is decided

How long it is kept

Set a retention period, for example 24 months after the activity date, then delete Until that is set, requests are kept indefinitely. Deciding and publishing a retention period is part of going live.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deleting a request that has not happened yet will usually mean the booking cannot proceed. Supply a contact address for data requests and a response time

Security

The partner desk is protected by a private access key. Before this site is published, HTTPS, database backups and per-operator logins should be configured; see the project README. If you believe your details have been exposed, contact the operator immediately.

Children

Requests for guests under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the details supplied. Age limits for individual activities are on the safety and eligibility page.
