Booking terms & cancellation

The most important line first: sending the form does not book you a slot. It sends a request that the operator has to confirm.

A request is not a confirmed booking

When you submit the form you receive a reference beginning STF-. That reference confirms the request reached the operator. It does not reserve a slot, hold equipment, guarantee a price, arrange transport or confirm that you are eligible for the activity. Your booking exists only once the operator confirms it to you directly.

Until you have that confirmation, do not travel to the site, and do not make non-refundable travel arrangements around the date you requested.

Prices

• 117m Extreme Bungy: ₹4,600 per person. Video is an extra ₹400 per person.
• 111m Freestyle Bungy: ₹4,000 per person, video included.
• 111m Couple Bungy: ₹8,000 per couple, video included. A couple counts as two guests.
• 113m Giant Swing: ₹1,800 per person, video included.

Every other experience, including all combos and the kids zone, is shown as Price on request. The operator quotes those separately. Where your request includes an unpriced item, the total and the pending amount stay open until you are quoted. Prices are in Indian rupees and may change; the price confirmed to you by the operator is the one that applies.

Payment and advances

No payment is collected on this website. The “advance reported” field records an amount you say you have already paid the operator elsewhere. It is marked unverified, it transfers no money, and it is not a receipt. Treat any request for card details on this site as fraudulent.

Cancellation and refunds

Because a request is not a confirmed booking, withdrawing a request before the operator confirms it costs nothing: contact the operator and it will be dropped.

Once a booking has been confirmed and an amount paid, cancellation and refund terms are set by the operator and have not yet been published here. Set the cancellation windows, the refund percentages, the weather/safety-cancellation position and the no-show rule, then put them in cancellationTerms in lib/site.ts Ask the operator to state these in writing before you pay anything.

Activities can be stopped at short notice for weather, river conditions, equipment checks or safety reasons. That decision rests with the operator and is made in the interest of your safety.

Eligibility

Age, weight, height and health requirements apply and vary by activity. The operator can refuse participation on safety grounds, including on the day, and including after payment. Read the safety and eligibility page before you book for yourself or anyone else.

Transport and accommodation

Pickup and drop details you enter are passed to the operator as a request. They are not scheduled or confirmed by this website, and submitting them books no vehicle.

Travel agents

Commission rates in the partner desk are private to signed-in agents, are never shown to guests and never form part of a guest price. For combos, confirm the commission basis with the operator before settlement.

Changes to a request

Editing details and resubmitting creates a new request. Submitting the same request twice does not create a duplicate booking. To change a request already sent, contact the operator with your reference.

Governing law

Confirm the governing law and the jurisdiction for disputes, normally the courts at Rishikesh or Dehradun, Uttarakhand
