BEFORE YOU BOOK ANYONE IN
Safety & eligibility
Last reviewed 10 September 2026
These are high-adrenaline activities at height. Check that everyone in your group qualifies before you request a date, not on the morning.
Age, weight, height and medical limits are set by the operator and differ for every activity. They are not listed on this site because they have not been supplied. Confirm them with the operator for each person in your group before you book.
Publish the per-activity minimum and maximum age, minimum and maximum weight, any height limit, and the medical exclusionsTalk to the operator first if anyone in the group
- is pregnant, or may be
- has a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or has had a stroke
- has epilepsy, fainting episodes, or a neurological condition
- has a back, neck, spine, shoulder or joint injury, or has had recent surgery
- has a dislocation history, osteoporosis or reduced bone density
- has asthma or another respiratory condition
- has an eye condition affected by pressure changes, such as retinal detachment
- has diabetes, or any condition needing timed medication
- has a disability or condition that affects being harnessed or landing safely
This list is not exhaustive. If you are unsure, ask your doctor and tell the operator before you book. Do not assume a condition is fine because it was fine somewhere else.
On the day
- You will be weighed and checked in. Participation can be refused on safety grounds even after payment.
- Alcohol and drugs. Anyone under the influence will not be allowed to take part.
- Bring photo ID for every participant, and proof of age for anyone near an age limit.
- Minors need a parent or guardian present to consent in person.
- Wear comfortable clothes and secured shoes. Remove loose jewellery, glasses and anything in your pockets.
- You will sign a waiver and be briefed by the crew. Follow the crew’s instructions exactly - they are the people keeping you safe.
Weather and conditions
Jumps and swings can be paused or stopped for wind, rain, visibility, river conditions or equipment checks. When the crew stops an activity, that decision is final and is made for your safety.
What this site does not do
This website takes a booking request. It does not assess your eligibility, does not hold a slot and does not collect payment. Only the operator can confirm that you may take part. See the booking terms.
Operator credentials
Publish the operating licence or registration, equipment certification, crew qualifications, inspection schedule and insurance position Guests are entitled to ask for these, and a reputable operator will provide them.
