Himalayan Bungy asks jumpers to declare: high blood pressure, heart condition, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy, previous dislocations, prosthetics, neurological conditions, recent sprains, fragile skin, asthma, deafness, physical impairments, recent surgery, glasses, allergies, bone disorders or osteoporosis, hangover, drugs or intoxication.
