October to June is the best time for adventure activities in Rishikesh. October to February brings clear skies and cool weather; March to June is warmer. During the July to September monsoon, heavy rain can pause jumps and swings. River rafting on the Ganga is closed for the monsoon, from July to mid-September each year, and reopens in late September.
